Case Coordination
Case coordination assures communication and direction of medical care to keep employers informed and involved in each employee's progress. Occupational Health Services staff are dedicated to improving the quality and efficiency of information to all interested parties, including employers, health care providers, insurance carriers and employees.
Case Management
Case management utilizes a certified case manager to assist in coordinating and facilitating services for your injured employees by providing the following services:

"One stop calling" for all occupational health questions/concerns.

Liaison between primary care physicians, specialists and rehabilitation services.

Missed appointment notification.

Monitoring of cases to obtain expedient appointments for specialists and rehabilitation services.

Consultation to employers on coordination of reasonable, necessary job modifications, and accomodations.
