RETURN TO WORK EXAMINATIONS Occupational Health Services provides return to work examinations for: Employees who have been on medical leave and have obtained a medical release from their treating physician. Employees who have sustained a work related injury and are nearing readiness to resume full duty. Occupational Health Services uses job descriptions along with physicals demands of the job provided by the employer determines the employee's work fitness ability and/or need for further medical care.  To view a blank a Physical Demands form please click here.
