John J. Bernick MD, PhD

Occupational Health Services, St. Joseph Health System
Dr. Bernick is the medical director of Michigan Occupational Health Associates, a clinical occupational medicine practice, and Allergy Associates of Dearborn, an allergy, asthma and immuniology practice. He is an assistant professor at Wayne State University. Dr. Bernick received his BS and MS in microbiology at Wayne State University. Prior to receiving his MD from Wayne State University, he attended the University of Michigan where he completed a PhD in Environmental Health Sciences.
Chris Hock RNC, WHNP-BC
Chris is a Nurse Practitioner whom has been working with Occupational Health Services since April, 2004. She has worked in Family Practice for the last 10 years. She continues to work in Family Practice also well as in Occupational Health. She graduated from Madonna College in 1991 with a Bachelors of Science degree in nursing. She completed her Nurse Practitioner program through Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin in 1997. She is an active member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women's Health (NPWH), American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and American Association of Occupational Health Nurses (AAOHN).
